The Chicago Swedish Fish was founded out of the Galter LifeCenter. This premier fitness center has fantastic workout facilities and practices mornings, noon, evenings, and weekend. Galter offers one time workout fees, quarterly, or yearly membership options.

The Masters Swimming program is open to all adult swimmers ages 18 and over, at beginning or advanced levels. Swimmers should be able to complete a hour-long training session in the pool. Please see https://galterlifecenter.org/fitnessclasses/details/masters-swim-program for details.
